LA was awesome. This was my best, and about 12th, visit. A and I stayed
in Santa Monica with her friend. It was a nice place, 2 bdrm, 2 bath
for $1500, 14 blocks from the beach, 5 blocks from Whole Foods, 3
blocks from the best mixed vegan/veggie/normal food diner I have ever
been to, etc. Great location.

last night's Tenley show at Baker's Streetcar was fun but kind of awkward. the "performance space" felt like someone's uncle's basement rec room in the most uncool way. there was a nice turn out for such an early time slot, but since the room lights were left on, people stood very far back from the band, making it feel as though this was a middle ( Read more... )
