Wow, Kill Bill Vol. 1. Maybe I was just not in the mood, but that was two hours of somewhat interestingly-stylized but mostly pointless violence that I didn't need.

Though, oddly, I do want to see Vol. 2 in case it makes Vol. 1 somehow worthwhile.

I like to drive around at night and listen to music. This usually occurs after I drop off someone or have been late-night shopping, or both. My iPod has 6 cylinders and cruise control. home early from tour. two shows got canceled. fine by me, I was ready to get back home. playing in other towns is weird. before you play, no one cares. while you play, some people care. after you play, a handful of people like you really intensely. but overall, touring becomes a lot of hurry up and wait. it's good for me - I'm learning some ( Read more... )

PS - That is not to say "The Dreamers" is as good as "Amelie". It's quite good, but not Amelie good.
