i feel like a taxi cab driver

just went to the diner with james.

before that i worked, before that i was at the gym.

today i did back and bi's, and a 15 minute run at 4mph. my goal is to get up to 30 minutes at 4mph, and then start to increase the speed.

tomorrow is shoulders and legs, i can't wait.

just woke up, my weight is 188. terrible, goal is around 170.

just finished back and bi's, and i feel good. oh yea, i've been doing a 10 minute run at 4mph after my workout. i need to build this up for cardio. tomorrow's my first day of back and legs, i can't wait, i'm gonna kill it ( Read more... )

i just got out of the shower with jade, mmm, i love doing that.

today i went and spoke to amy, turns out i'm still working there so i can lift for free. all i have to do is sub in a few times.

i will get up tomorow and go to the gym before work. tomorow is back and bi's day.
