so yesterday and the day before, i ate spinach. granted, it wasn't the bagged kind, but it was spinach nonetheless.
i told evan that if i don't die by next sunday, we'll celebrate.

ok - so ive been offered the opportunity to live/work on a sustainable organic farm in hawaii next semester. this is "off the grid" living -- no electricity, no running water (they collect rainwater and boil it), compost toilet, the whole works. i would live in a small cabin with other people and work 25-30 hours a week on the farm. eating/cooking ( Read more... )
