It's interesting to note that when I moved from NJ to NC, the average IQ of the people around me dropped a full twenty points.

The IQ tests were devised by a French guy in 1905, and popularized by Harvard, a hyper-blue institution. Perhaps they rate something besides intelligence? I am kind of wary of IQ tests.

That said, it is a strange corellation. Certainly, IQ tests rate some kind of determining feature.
