My neighbor has informed me that for the past few nights Corvallis police officers on bikes have been walking around neighborhood putting their ears up to people's windows. I am disgusted. This is highly illeagle. I think the people in my neighborhood are being taken advantage of because most of them don't speak english and don't know their rights

Man, if I was tipped off at an exact moment that a cop had their ear to my window, I would stroll over, kick it and hope to God that, not only would I hit the motherfucker's head, but that my boot would force some of the glass into his fucking ear canal.
