Not much is up. Usual summer stuff... lazy, lazy. Hey, a lot of the main "action", or my more used blog, has moved over to www.xanga.com/artemis_tx , just to give you the heads up. I still stay on here sometimes for music communities, etc. I should post stuff here too, I'm just too lazy to do it.

I passed my audition. :) I was accepted into the piano department. I'm going to be focusing on choral education as well, instead of instrumental. Cool. :) It gives me something to do that I'll be really excited about, and staying here to do it ( Read more... )

...so here I am trying to memorize this music, 6 pages of Haydn sonata. Memorization is the hardest part of piano for me. I didn't have it done very well as of Tuesday, and the teacher got frustrated with me/ wanted me to use my music when I play it in seminar tomorrow. Picked up two of those all-important little credits yesterday, a white for listening to about 35 minutes of soft, pleasant classical guitar (not a bad deal) and an orange for going to a lecture/recital on Scriabin.
