DOA Has Gone Insane

I'm a bit surprised at how crazy DOA has gotten lately. I was trying to explain a doll choice in the Newbieland section and to prevent any confusion regarding my signature which lists said doll I was talking about as being for sale. I was not advertising said doll but trying to explain my upgrade plans so as to not cause any confusion.

Yeah, I saw your post last night and understood what you were saying. Did it get deleted by a mod or were you criticized by other members for it?

It was by a mod, someone named Zag-something. The weird thing is I don't even have that item actually listed on the marketplace yet and was telling everyone to ignore it and that I still love my Megu but was upgrading to a new head that matched the body I currently have.

I most certainly did not want to confuse the newbie especially since I was talking about how much I loved that sculpt then have her look down and see the same sculpt for sale in my signature.

I'm doing a little dollie housekeeping and want to sell a few items on DoA (no dolls, just outfits/wigs/shoes that we no longer want). But gee whiz, DoA's marketplace/selling rules seem so wacky I'm afraid to commit an accidental violation and get hit by the banhammer for the next 30 days. :/

I think all my doll posting is going to be via my LJ from now on. It seems like many people are branching away from DOA anyways for dolly news and discussion, which is a nice move.
