Rsolution Being Resolved

Feb 03, 2010 08:40

I feel like I'm doing a pretty darn good job of keeping (one of) my new year's resolutions; the one about making more time for creative things. It's barely February and I already have more ( pictures for you. )

I really like the 7th picture from the first set...you seem so relaxed and not really trying to pose..if that makes sense.

Looking forward to your next set!

Thanks!

I *might* be able to shoot the next set this weekend, but I'm not making promises :) Keep an eye out though and you'll see them sooner or later!

These definitely brought a smile to my face. Good job keeping up your end of the bargain. :)

Well, my goal was to make people smile, so I'm glad it worked! Maybe I'll get in some shots with other photographers soon, but at least now I can rely on myself when they're available :)

I like the self portrait thing. It's an art unto itself.

Well, keep your eyes peeled then. I'll probably have more up soon :)

You look very much like an old wild west "soiled dove." Right up until the raygun showed up. Then you absolutely looked like a character from War of the Worlds... the victorian area one obviously. Not so much the tom cruise.

I love the corset.

I love the term "soiled dove." It's so delicate :) Thanks, I'm glad they worked for you!

They most certainly did. I used that term for a specific reason. :)

Wow! These are great! :)

I love the pouting pose in the first picture, and the first of the two dangling jewelry shots.

I can see how it would be a LOT of work (self timers alone are a pain), but it has to be fun to have artistic control of the whole shot! I really like the background you set up: it's interesting and has depth, without stealing too much attention. :)

I think I'm gonna email you something... :)

Thanks, chick! I spent quite a long time on the background, even though it's barely noticeable in most of the shots ;) It is very rewarding to have complete control over the shots!

Thanks for that email! :)

Nice! I loved your outfit, very steampunk. Especially loved the shots with the raygun!
