If you do not have to...do NOT use your car.

I'm on foot and it's gorgeous and yet very messy out. Easier with my yaktrax...but the roads are nasty. Bundle up and walk. And catch snowflakes with your tongue. :-)

FUN.. I love those Yaktrax of yours BTW. My trusty Merrill Vibram Hikers are doing me OK since they have kept 45th fairly clear.

Thanks!

I'm with girlfagpnw. Seriously, unless you absolutely *have* to be out there, don't do it. Especially if you don't have chains.

J--- and I were out walking again last night, and that packed snow on the streets is getting slicker with the warmer temperatures. The water's going to make it super dangerous.

It sounds like a U District trip could be a lot of fun!

OK I am off to the festive U Distrct!

Besides, I need the excerise, no boot camp + cookies = several uncomfortable pounds...

if you don't have snow driving experience, don't drive!

If you do, *shrug*

My snow driving experience was in a 4X4 truck and I now have a 2 wheel drive van so I am not too sure about it ....

Stay home, enjoy the season and your time at home. Work will still be there... If I had the time I would be at home all this week, but alas I don't. Happy Holidays to you and your kittahs.

Ah, it would be SO nice to live somewhere like you do, where interesting and fun things are all within easy walking distance! I could walk to the grocery and pharmacy, but that's not as fun as the Seattle neighborhoods!

We have a friend coming over from Seattle tomorrow, by bus, so I hope she can make it to Kirkland, as I'm not sure we can get over there to pick her up!

So I take it you are snowed in as well? AT least I am not the only one ..heheheh.

I just built a snow bunny and cleared the snow off of the windshield. I broke the push broom doing it. Yikes.

I love the art on you!!!! Is that a tattoo?

Nope, not a tattoo, it's body paint! By a VERY talented artist!

We're not going out, so if you happen to crazily walk this far let us know - I'll put the teapot on.
