My mother tends to be overly critical of me too. She never encouraged me in anything, only told me why it was a bad idea. So now I don't tell her about any of my plans until after the fact

that happened to me last year! i was binging during an earthquake. i felt it,though. my only thought was, if something bad happens i won't get a chance to purge!
