Writing can be theraputic. You shouldn't internalize your feelings because that will only make you feel worse about things. Now the next thing is not to dwell on what has happened because that will turn you morbid. You have to look forward to the future. The question is are you who you want to be and what are you going to do about it. You don't have to make giant leaps, but baby steps can make all the difference in the world. Some movement is better than no movement.

I miss the apartment too. I have many found memories of that place and times. I often wish I could go back to it a lot.
