most garbage bin is location behind the fire exit door on each floor, usually that's hwere the garbage lady picks up in the morning or so.
If you are in a service apt without a laudry facilities your apt, then you need to take it to a laudry mat (they will do all the washing for you but will not separate the color, so make sure you separate them first). There is always one closed by the apartment. Which area do you live in? There is no self-serve laudrymat. Usually, the price varies depends on the weight of the bag of laundry.
In HK, under most circumstance, if Manager or Director joined for lunch, there is no dutch at all. Manager or director pays for it..haha..
