They said they would add that cut story line in, but that may have just been to placate the actor.

I don't think so. The actor is gay, but as I understand it that never had anything to do with that particular point.

They should do it to placate US.

Yeah, I know it wasn't his idea, but he was disappointed when CBS told him when it would air and he told all of his friends and family when to watch, and afterward they were all left asking, "Did I blink and miss it?" I mean they filmed it and everything, and never bothered to tell him they had cut it ( ... )
