I've almost made it through my first day of classes...and I plan on dropping my next one anyway, so it doesn't really matter. Nursing orientation this morning went ok (after we waited half an hour for someone to open the frickin door). We're divided into groups of 10 for clinicals. Had a great girl's night out tonight. I must say the highlight was putt-putt golfing. Apparently Wednesday is 2 for the price of one date night. So Sarah and I walked up to the booth and this was roughly the conversation:

Today wasn't so bad. Work was...well work. They told us the air conditioning was broken, but actually someone had turned the heat on. What a moron. The coffee grinder naturally broke during the peak of the coffee rush, but I improvised and no one seemed to notice a difference... We had a little excitement at work today. Our power spontaneously turned off around 10:30am. The only thing that worked in the store was my register...we're still not sure how that didn't turn off.
