So I've noticed that I have the bad habit of starting most things I write with the word "so." Not sure how it got started that way, but it seems to be similar to my over-use of ellipses and the suffix "-ish." I'm not sure I really care one way or the other about any of the above. My mother and I have both been getting bit by something at night lately. The bites are itchy, but don't feel like a mosquito or flea bite (Neither of which live in the desert, too dry for them). But now I've possibly found the culprit. I've never seen a bug like this one around here before:

Rover - roving farther
Yes, another one of my babies is gone. Rover is (was...) my Queensland Heeler, originally given to my dad from my mom around six months-a year before they divorced. My dad didn't take her when he moved out, and she just kind of slid over to being my dog after that.

My mom has decided she wants to do drug and alcohol counseling. Since this necessarily involves going back to school, she has signed up for two dance classes and a math class this semester.
