I got my first paycheck yesterday, which is always a good thing. On the flip side my boss just posted a huge list of programs for me to finish in the next two weeks, so I certainly have my work cut out for me. Things were going reasonably well, but I'm having a rough weekend. Yesterday, driving to work, I got rear-ended. The good news is that the car only suffered minor damage and no one was hurt. I ust got home from my first 12 hour day. Ug. But my brother sent me this link at lunch today and it cracked me up. July is going pretty well. Surprisingly Buffalo has avoided the heat wave plaguing the north-east. I think it's the cool winds off the lake. There's nothing like working 9-10 hours a day to make your weeks go by fast, I've been going to a lot of local festivals on the weekends.
