So I just got back from "the Lucky Devil" tattoo parlour. I got my 3rd tattoo, and retouched #2. The guy who was doing my tattoo told me that the guy who did my first ones probably shouldn't have been tattooing..... great! Oh well, it's all been fixed now. Now I'm in pain and all bandaged up.
