So, where have I been eh? Well there hasn't been so much to write about. I went home for Laura's wedding which was great. I had my first Christmas back in Northern Ireland for 5 years and I loved it all - except that Justin wasn't there because he had to work. I am sick of that by the way!

I have been loving my Kitchen Aid Mixer that I got for Christmas.  I have been making awesome mixed berry Muffins and Chocolate cupcakes.  I also have used it for boxed cookie mixes and it makes things so much easier ( Read more... )

Do not put off going to the Gym on Monday because if you sprain your ankle on Tuesday you are unable to go to the Gym on Wednesday!

I put our Christmas Tree up yesterday.  It is a little 4 1/2 ft one that my Father-in-Law bought me.  I have a few nice decorations on it, some bells from the dollar store and it looks nice.   It makes me happy.  I made a paper star for the top.  Today I am going to make some dough ornaments for it.  

Justin and I are at his families for thanksgiving.  Thursday was good we ate too much, played games chatted etc.  Friday Justin's family get up really early and go to the Black Friday sales, I went 2 years ago and decided that I would go this year too.  So I went to bed at a reasonable hour but couldn't really sleep at 3am I was wide awake so I ( Read more... )

So I am making this huge Log cabin quilt.  I have been making the patches diagonally, I am 1/2 way done.  The patches I have made are spread out over the living room floor so i can see what i am doing, Justin doesn't really spend any time in that room so it doesn't affect him that much.  he did ask me a while ago if the room was going to stay like ( Read more... )
