Choo Choo!
After a lot of traveling and a few delays and a couple of locked doors I finally got to the hotel around 7:30pm last night. I took a look around and then hit the street to find some food. Ended up sitting alone at a bar to have dinner, but at least the food was good.

2 Days Left
Just today and tomorrow to go before I hop on a plane Sunday afternoon. I'm mostly packed, but I think I'll run out in a little bit to get some things I still need. I'm excited and nervous and more than a little scared, but I'm so ready to get back to work!
Chattanooga better get ready!

The Countdown Begins...again.
11 days left.
Today I've decided to seriously start working on my pack lists. This time is different, I need to pack for all seasons and God knows what sort of occasions.
I'm getting antsy at home. I want to start working again, but I know I should enjoy the time off while I have it. It'll go by fast, that's for sure.

Beach day!
Just got home from Ocean City. Spent the day with Chas and we had a really great time. The weather was overcast but still warm enough to go in the water. We fought the ocean and then got our ride on at the rinky dink little amusement park.

I forgot how boring it is to not have a job. I haven't even been home for a week and I'm itching for something to do. I know I shouldn't wish my free time away, but I can't help it. After a horribly long and unannounced summer hiatus, I'm back in South Jersey and posting in my journal again. Maine was wonderful, the work was great and the people unforgettable! I met a fabulous boy while I was there and we're attempting to keep our relationship going despite it being long distance ( Read more... ) -

Crazy Little Thing Called Time
Isn't it crazy how time plays tricks on us? It's unbelievable how quickly time went by and here I am, three days away from heading up to Maine. I'm excited, stressed and nervous but cannot wait to get to work ( Read more... )
