Hail Xenu!

Jul 01, 2007 17:52

Not ten minutes ago I got some spam from the local chapter of... Scientology. They hide well, because they've been causing some shit lately, and the government doesn't like them to begin with. So they use a pseudonym. In any case, the spam includes a phone number and a fax number. This calls for some shenanigans.
Suggestions?
Ideas?

pranks, scientology

Oooh! Call them and ask them about Xenu and such.

Or accuse them of being a "Potential Trouble Source."

Or send that number to the Israeli Health Ministry. I'm sure they'd LOVE to hear from them.

They already know of this. The idiot who is in charge of this group included the names of half the government and various other well-known local figures as supporters in some pamphlet, without actually getting their concent. That's the shit I've mentioned, in addition to distributing some pamphlets to children using that pseudonym ("The organisation for prosperity and security in the middle east"), which was soon found out and raised a few eyebrows.

Send them lots of junk mail and put money or change in it, then demand your money back! They have to give your money back AND pay the postage (if it is business reply mail) and that would be funny.

I'm not sure it works like that in Israel, although it might.

I'm not a good prankster but I do wish you luck in your endeavor. I really cannot stand Scientology.
