Yep, still a lot of work for Gibbs to do, but at least it's a start and, if nothing else, Gibbs has seen just how much he's hurt Tony and how much work he's still got ahead of him.

And then there's Jenny and her own little slice of hurt. Hopefully she'll be able to survive her ex's wedding with Tony there to support her.

Excellent chapter, you captured Tony's pain so well here he's totally floundering and when Gibbs reached out to him he couldn't help but cling to Gibbs. I really hope things will start to get better for them, it's going to take a long time for Tony to trust him again and trust himself to get close to Gibbs.

I don't know if I could be as big-hearted as Tony is here. *huggles him* But Love is a powerful emotion and this fic just spotlights that we can't control who we love. I just hope that this time Jethro REALLY gets it, and cherishes Tony the way he deserves.
