being motivated AND being harvest time- I've been making stuff like crazy. to wit:
~tons of salsa (which is delish!)
~zucchini chips (slice zucch, cover in grapeseed oils, parm cheese and or nutritional yeast, chili powder and garlic salt and almond flour, and place in dehydrator for 12+ hours)
~canned peaches and pears (YUM)
~tomato soup
