And all the days after

Uchi Hiroki looked at the man who lay on the bed, pale scars that lined his wrist like a mesh of crisscrosses. Day was gradually slouching into sight and still the apartment remained untouched by brightness, as though trapped in eternal twilight ever since the female owner had left. Uchi sat on the edge of the bed and looked at the wedding gown of ( Read more... )

I think why Sosuke's portrayal pissed all of us off was because he had so much potential to be a great character and the scriptwriters were contented to let him be a psycho villain for the ratings. DDD: *Kicks scriptwriters for the 32932094th time*

But thank you for the comment. ^___^ It's so nice to receive one like this.

This is totally how it should have ended if they had given Sousuke something more. This piece was beautiful even if I read it wary of Uchi's presence (I thought it would have been Uchi the idol) I really loved it. I loved the pace and especially the realization at the end.

"We all should have known better."

This is powerful and there is this little light at the end that shows growth and hope.

Ok.. now that I've been coherent I'll just keymash DSKJVHFBKSZGIUSGIEEIUGVGBSJGFKAJ«HJHSAMJHSA<À;V

Yeap sadly Ryo had to just make do with the little the scriptwriters threw at him. lol I don't think it would work with Uchi the JE idol and yeap I'll like to think once u face up to ur problems, there's always chance for redemption and hope. :D

Thank u!

This was surprisingly powerful and I had to reread it twice before I was coherent enough to comment.

Great job.<3 Sousuke x Uchi is love.

I like the balcony scene-- a lot.

And also, I like the way you captured the violence in Sousuke's POV-- that in a sense, he's hurting too, while hurting her; that he felt that "there was no way out" and that he has to follow the script that was laid in front of him.

The ending is nicely written too. Yeay you! ♥

Yep, if only the LF script could have focused a little on Sosuke's POV, not that dv should be condoned but a backstory would be nice to have. Thanks. :)

I squeaked so bad when I saw you update! What a lovely surprise to come home to from a long day at work! ^.^// This actually is kinda my thing - I come into contact with victims of DV on and off actually, and I must admit I find it so hard to sympathise with defendants because they're usually so arrogant. I haven't watched all of LFs yet, but I wasn't too much of a fan of how they portrayed Sosuke either; it was kinda half way house - trying to give a justification for his violence but failing so horribly too ( ... )

It has something to do with ur area of study rite, law? I dunnoe, LF was a disappointment because they hyped up Sosuke as a multi-faceted character whose violence arose from love, but frankly all I see is a one dimensional character. It kinda saddens me, as wonderful as Ryo is in that role. ):

And yep, it's love gone wrong and sadly in reality, such things happen like that all the time. I guess sometimes it's become so much of a habit and ingrained in u, that violence becomes part of ur reaction and how u retaliate. And the ending must be my secret inner optimist at work.

And it's always a pleasure reading ur comment. <3
