so, today was the very first day of the season that i stepped outside to walk hammie and was actually a little bit chilly!! the weather report says it's 63 degree right now (yes, i consider that chilly :P)!! i'm really not looking forward to cold weather, but i wouldn't mind a slight relief from the blistering hot/humid days we've been having.

woo!! two in a week!!
my parents are on their way up here. they just called from the tamiami trail (they stopped to photograph the alligators, as always). i'm really excited about them coming.. i always have a great time when they're here. it's kinda weird that this might be their last visit before moving overseas, though. i think i would feel more at ease about it ( Read more... ) -

extinguishing a rut!!
