i'm sick of being fat, sick of feelin like crap when i'm out with all my friends.
porridge and a wholegrain honey yoghurt for my breakfast = 300cals approx
cup a soup = 70cals
broccoli, cauliflower, 1 corn cob, 1 stick of celery, 1 wholegrain honey yoghurt = 200cals approx
don't know why but i still feel bad n thats all good foods :(
started some weight
