For those who haven't noticed, I've been more than scarce around here for a while. Unreliable net access, just to start with...and I'm about to be completely absent for two weeks. If it's important, mail me (and I apologize to the people to whom I owe correspondence).

I have come to the conclusion that moving is depressing. I keep packing boxes, with little discernible effect. On the other hand, I'm extremely impressed by my ability to compress and organize things into tiny spaces and/or my ability to warp the space/time continuum in interesting ways that allow this apartment to be functionally several times ( Read more... ) -

I'm posting this here so no one gets their feelings hurt over not being told first.
We're moving. Decision final, notice given. The list of grievances is multiple, but the more-or-less constant harassment and attempted strongarm tactics (like accosting me on the 10th of the month to say that our rent was actually 1139 for the current month-- ( Read more... ) -
