My last substantial post was nearly 4 months ago. I guess growing up does that to you. Reduces the ability to drone on about meaningless things. My grandpa's life expectancy has just gone from 6-12 months down to 1 month. Now it's all starting to hit me even more.

Bad news for those who were hoping for a Scottish gathering. It seems as though Simon's parents now wish to come and visit us, instead of having us come to Scotland or Spain. My alarm this morning was Pearl Jam's "Better Man". What a wake up call.

I'm happy because I did 30 minutes on the elliptical last night and I was barely winded. I'm stoked. Simon was shocked.

I love it when Sarah and John visit, but I miss them already.
