I find it ironic that the players of Acolytes within game are abandoning ship in the face of adversity.

"Black arts" is a pretty wide spread. Anything in particular?

Well isn't the whole point of the game to pretend to be something you're not?

I currently have the image in your icon on this post as my computer's desktop background.

That's how I'm doing.

post-script: long time no chat. How have you been?

Clear sign of things meant to be, or some such.

Not too bad. You know, aside from the Cam attempting to implode (escapist hobby #1). Faire continues apace (escapist hobby #2) with a new dress for the season. I'm dancing like a mad fiend (semi-escapist hobby #3). As a friend puts it, life fails to suck. I am surrounded by good people, friends I love and who reciprocate, and high geekery. I'm not sure I could actually have a better life.

Alas, poor Cam. I fear the bell tolls for thee.

I actually got involved with a local Cam group here in Jax for all of six weeks.

it...didn't work out.

Pfft. The Camarilla has survived much worse. Having lived through the shitstorm that was the WW takeover of the NPO, and the year of fire, this is nothing.

Curiosity prevails: what on earth gave you the idea that the camarilla was a good choice and what happened?

If you like, we can move to a more private forum at ma dot sabatier at gmail.
