Ensemble - Onsen trip
The nations go to an onsen in Japan. Those like America find themselves very embarresed over it because that is not done there. Even in most locker rooms people are most definitely embarresed of showing their naked bodies to others and often skip the after gym baths.
Japan on the other hand is enjoying the view~
Bonus 1:Russia comes along and makes everyone (except France who knows that what matters is how you use it) feel inadequate.
Bonus 2: People stare. Also, groping and it leads to smut.
Bonus 3: Allies, axis, and some girl nations come along too like Hungry, Seychelles and Ukraine.
