Any/China - Scar fetish
Since it seems that the scar on China's back is not necessarily well known to other nations, I would like to see a story where China is hiding his scar due to being self-conscious. Cue Nation A finding out about it, and luckily enough, Nation A is incredibly turned on by scars.
It can be anyone (except Japan for obvious reasons) though anon does admit to loving Russia/China. However, if you would like to work with a different pair I would love that just as much.
