You know what's really annoying? Every time I go online, this fool IMs me, asking if I'm "Caro". Despite several declarations that I am definitely NOT this person and demands that he leave me alone, this cyber-nut persists in his obnoxiousness! Plus, he has the dumbest SN ever, "AD" followed by a string of numbers.

Can you not block this person from IMing you? Also, send thema warning,

Just block their name. You don't have to worry about them ever writing you again, and you can put a warning on their name that will go on their record and come up when they IM other people.
