hello!
i am awake. but i am not currently in sk - i've retreated, licking my wounds, to the gentle and beloved westcoast. just a vacation. or... i don't know. i'll see.

but of course, no sleep. insomnia seems less of s curse out here, as i can sit by the window and feel the company of hundreds of living trees in the woods nearby, and watch the waves down at the cove splashing, and see life all around me. ah.

how are you and all of that snow getting along?
