oh yeah! i asked my cousin about the weather and she said it is mostly warm in march maybe chilly, bring layers. of course it won't rain when we're their because the whole city will be filled with joy upon my return to its streets! right now it is in mourning, longing for us, knowing we will be there soon.......that's why it is raining.
