This is preposterous. Yes, the Nazis were into "selective breeding", but that doesn't mean it came from Darwin's theories. Humans had been breeding animals for desirable traits thousands of years before Darwin's Voyage of the Beagle. It was only a matter of time before someone made the jump to people.
I myself have thought we are devolving and that we'd be much better off if stupid people would stop breeding. That would include Ann Coulter.
