the semester is wrapping up nicely. i have one paper, one involvement-summary, and one exam left. the paper i just have to edit, the involvement summary will be no more than a page and not analytical, and the exam is pretty straight-forward. all together, this gives me ten days to play around and go to free museums and explore ( Read more... )

so i'm in a play. not sure if i've mentioned that. it's an amazing play called "for colored girls who have considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf" and it's written by ntozake shange. the first show written by a black woman to ever be performed on broadway. the show itself is phenomenally powerful. the process it is taking to get through ( Read more... )
