Current Projects: The Case of the Glowing Mummy

May 24, 2009 12:10

I have been up all night working on this project. I'm sorry I was so snippy about it yesterday (YES JACK, I'M ON MY PERIOD. DEAL WITH IT). Not only was it very rude of me, but as it turns out I did not give the mummy the attention it deserves. I suppose that once my surface scans detected human remains, I was less than interested in going ( Read more... )

Donna?

MyDonna?

But, she's right here. Well, there. Well, she's in the TARDIS and it's right there. And she's fine. She was fine.

Oh, I'm so confused now!

I found her proper TARDIS and returned her to her proper Doctor. She'd been sleeping so I had to knock on the TARDIS door and then run and hide so that he would find her and not see me because (as I'm sure some of you already know) you cannot retcon a Time Lord. Well, you can try, but it won't work.

But he did open the door almost immediately, and he picked her up and carried her inside and the TARDIS door has not opened since. I assume that he is caring for her. I believe the TARDIS would have left had there been any need for extraordinary medical intervention. So I'm sure Donna is fine.

How would my Donna become mummified? Oh, Dad has much to answer for when I find him!

Martha, is there anything I can do to assist in your investigation?

Calm down, honey! I think we have a case of temporal bilocation here. The Donna-mummy is at least ten to fifteen years older than the one we're monitoring on Earth (I can assure you she is well and happy). I don't know how the Donna you just returned to the TARDIS relates to her personal timeline, but since you know as well as I do that all times are essentially NOW, at least we can be glad that there's a Donna walking around in London right now and doing just fine. :) Many hugs to you!
