yesterday was a scary day for me. i got to work at 11. dmitry was there already. he was supposed to be there til like 4. we were just standing around talking because we weren't busy;....then dmitry started feeling weird....i guess he was just feeling dizzy so he left me to go sit down. at first i thought he was joking or just being a huge baby and

ooh... that's bad. it's all going to come down to his diet; aaron had the same problem and when he went to an md, they told him to cut out salt, caffeine, and alcohol from his diet. he did that for a year and it dropped down to a normal level... but 20 is very young for this. i know he has a bad diet too... :(

yeah ever since this has happened he's only been eating oranges or salads at work and drinking water so i think he knows he needs to improve his diet. stupid wendys kills people :(
