I understand that not everyone is going to want to read through this. But I REALLY want this job, so I hope at least someone will :). Here is what I have written for my reasons for application. Advice/ critisms welcome including pointers on grammar, presentation and spelling. PLEASE HELP!

Excellent feedback from your friend. Do all that! I think sometimes people with fresh eyes is a very good thing. I think we may have got to close to it.

I really don't have a lot of pointers, but honestly, if I received a letter like that, I would be sure to call you in for an interview! I would say the only "criticism" I have is maybe condensing it down a bit? Maybe shorten the paragraphs? I don't know. But honestly, it looks really good as is. I hope you get the job!

I've tweeked it a bit, so hopefully its even better now.

You have loads of great points and reads well. I agree with the feedback from your friend above as well.

One further suggestion would be to add something that makes you stand out in particular, say an extra/specific skill that you could bring to the school that most others won't.

Couldn't think of anything I had that others don't, hopefully the tweeks worked to improve it though.
