I totally fell in love with the prose. It almost made me weep.

And I'm glad I didn't have to go through the whole 'i-might-be-misinterpreting-this-poem' saga, but now in retrospect I'm wondering if I did as well as I thought.

Its official. I'm in love. With shoes.

Here are some of the many reasons why:

1. Shoes are pretty.
   
2. Shoes direct people's attention away from the sadder facts of life *looks woefully at tummy*
