behind my back
can you hear that snap?
the cross is attached to my face
torture, a taste of hate
only bitter when it begins
tasting better the more it sinks in
ive been elined in the deep sight
watching me out of the corner of your eye
finding comfort from the only hand
thats attached to the body that i mend
