What the fuck is korea thinking, sending 3000 soldiers to iraq? What in the world do they have to do with Iraq? gas prices here have always been like 4 dollars a gallon, so they are used to that by now. Little things I still find hard to adapt to: not leaving tip anywhere and paying as you're leaving the door, reading EVERYTHING in korean, old women pushing you to get on the subway/bus 2 seconds faster, EVERYBODY looking like your mom, dad, brother, sister, aunt...etc ( Read more... )

I've been meaning to buy a usb cord for my camera so I can upload pictures. But I'm nervous about dealing with electronics here because their outlets are a different voltage and using my camera would mean that I would have to charge the batteries somehow.
