I am really honored that Taylor is letting me put my nutrition skills to the test and is letting me design his new "diet." It isn't as much as a diet as much as it is the removal of preservative ridden foods. I am going to make his protein sources nuts, mushrooms, dark greens, and some non-fat dairy products.
