My insurance is (at end of year) stopping to covering Adair and Symbicort, and suggest Dulera.
Have any of you used Dulera, is it as good as Adair?
My I only really need this kind of asthma medicine for out of the house triggers, I use pulmicort at night (mostly if the air has ben bad).

They're all really the same. Long acting bronchodilator (same one as is in Symbicort) and a different inhaled steroid (think nasonex for your lungs.) It's in MDI format which means it'll work nicely with an aerochamber and doesn't require the kind of inspiratory force that it takes to get the powder out of the Symbicort. The Advair is allegedly better from an inspiratory force perspective but is availability in MDI in the US I think is nonexistent.
If it's covered, it's worth a try. In all likelihood, it'll work.
