I have developed a recent addiction to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I've had one every day for lunch for the past 2 weeks. Whole wheat Arnold's sandwich thin (has the right amount of carbs to control blood sugar levels) a tablespoon of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth) and a tablespoon of sugar free preserves (strawberry is my favorite.) Oh man, I need one of those sandwiches right now.

I have heard it's kind of common to crave peanut butter... Do you think that's part of it?

Maybe. I haven't felt much in the way of cravings. Maybe PB&J is my first craving. I do notice that I like to drink milk now, where before I really only liked milk in cereal or to dunk cookies in. Now I drink a few glasses a day!

Did your mom have any cravings with you?

Milk. That's awesome! I used to be able to drink milk straight, but now it has to be chocolate.

Yeah. I also was eating a lot of cereal in the first few weeks. When I was nauseous it was one of the only things I could eat. But it raised my blood sugar levels too much so now I'm sort of off cereal. Boo.
