I have developed a recent addiction to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I've had one every day for lunch for the past 2 weeks. Whole wheat Arnold's sandwich thin (has the right amount of carbs to control blood sugar levels) a tablespoon of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth) and a tablespoon of sugar free preserves (strawberry is my favorite.) Yesterday I wore one of my favorite dresses. It's a short sleeve, empire waist dress that is really like a giant t shirt with a seam below the bust to give it a little shape.
