Just to let you know I am in about the same place. Maybe we can encourage eachother over the net. Somehow I went from 150 to 140 in the last month. I am currently 25% BMI which the last time I even bothered to check a couple years ago was 17%. That is a huge jump.
I rather enjoy the feeling of being a little lighter so I have been making a concious effort to watch what I eat and excersize on the regular. I have been doing about 4-5 hours of cardio a week now.
When I left I was a size 11/12. I think a lot of my weight loss is due to not drinking and drinking more water. Or it could be stress, or the shitty food here. Who knows.
