Normally a kids mueseli bar or oj for breakfast, small tin of spring water tuna for lunch or brown rice, and for dinner, a Healthy choices type frozen meal (500 cals), or soup, fruit salad, single baked spud with a little cottage cheese.
The only other addition is lots of coffee =) No sugar no milk, all good. Oh and as many smokes as I want or need. In this battle smoking is your ally for now, it's an appetite suppresant and also boosts your basal metabolism anywhere from 5-15%.
As for hanging out the window, im remembering a certain someone lick air. And an air horn! ehehe.
