The bread is rising

One of the things I've discovered that I really like doing is baking. Particularly, I really enjoy baking bread. It all started a few years ago when a good friend of mine gave me Bernard Clayton's New Complete Book of Breads. Yes!! King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking is my new favorite cookbook. I have a feeling it is going to be sort of a bible for me. I have already made a number of amazing things from it. I love all the tips, too. And the hazelnut waffles...*drool*

In the back of my head I seem to remember a show on PBS on the weekends that was a monk (or maybe a brother not a full-fledged monk) who had a baking show where he almost exclusively did handmade breads. If you could find that you might like it.
