Down by the Creekbank...

So this week, after a week in Mexico and Root Canal Part II on Thursday, I have been accompanying the children's musical, "Down by the Creekbank". It is possibly the gayest musical ever written. Some highlights

My favorite song is "I am adopted." In the craft room, we sing the alternate words, "I am obnoxious."

And don't get me started on how the demo tape was obviously made in Nashville.

I was in "Down By The Creekbank" when I was in 1st grade. I remember the Germs song, which I sang with a few other kids while wearing overalls. "Down by the creekbank, by the old holler log!"

I completely remember playing for this musical back in the day. "Germs" cracks me up!
